Our roots in farming

The Bowles family have farmed the land around Wiltshire for five generations and currently work a small mixed farm in Winsley called Hartley Farm.

Tom Bowles’ enthusiasm for supporting the local community through a shared passion for food and farming has grown the business into a thriving hub on the outskirts of Bradford on Avon and beyond.

The opportunity to extend that enthusiasm to Atworth couldn’t be ignored and Tom and his team enveloped the Neston Farm Shop and Kitchen with their passion early in 2015.

We are particularly proud of our award-winning grass-fed beef, raised outdoors at Hartley Farm, and dry aged to produce meat that is unrivalled in flavour.

The partnerships we have developed with other artisan producers based on our farm allow us to offer our community the very best local produce, from bread and ale to fruit and vegetables.

We have a hunger to be here for generations to come too. Our purpose as a business is to create an inspiring and exciting destination where people come together over a love of great food and to achieve this by supporting and growing with our people, partners and the community around us.
