At Neston Farm Shop and Kitchen, we are passionate about good food whether it’s seasonal meat, game or vegetables for everyday of the week. Provenance is at the centre of everything we do and these fresh local products are available to try in our seasonal cafe. It is all available in the beautiful surroundings of Neston and customers can also enjoy the outdoor seating space and children’s play area.

Throughout the year, we like to bring you a variety of events and special occasions for you to find out a little more about what we do, who we work with or just to enjoy our hospitality, with guest chef demonstrations, tasting evenings and meet the producer events.

To our lovely customers. We wanted to post a little update about what’s currently happening at our farm shop & kitchen at Neston. We’ve had a challenging few months as a business but we have rallied as one team from Neston and Hartley to ensure our farm shop at @hartleyfarm was able to stay open and carry on trading. We are, at heart, a small family business and with the current financial and operational challenges and the guidelines for reopening a cafe, we feel that this would be a step too far for us to reopen our cafes at this point and leave our business very vulnerable. We are patiently rebuilding at our HQ @hartleyfarm and have opened a takeaway offer alongside our farm shop for now. We’d love to see you there and you’ll see a few familiar faces too 😊. We are so very sorry to have to tell you that we will be closing our farm shop and kitchen at Neston today for the foreseeable future. The recent advice by the government and current conditions have made it impossible for us to continue as we are. For the time being our farm shop at our sister site @hartleyfarm will remain open, whilst we are able, and we are also hoping to bring home deliveries to our community here at Neston through our online shop during this difficult time. More details will be posted on our account @hartleyfarm so please follow us over there. Like many, we do not know yet what the future holds for us but I’d personally like to say that this has been such a heart breaking decision. As you will know, my team have been just the best. I’m eternally grateful to them for all that they have done here at Neston. We will continue to do all we can for them over the coming months. They are also devastated that they won’t be able to continue doing what they love and serving you as they have done and playing a part in your everyday lives. Thank you so much to our wonderful customers and your support particularly over the last few days. We love every minute of striving to give you the very best of Neston, learning and growing every day. We’re devastated we can’t continue to do this just now and hope that we’ll be able to see you again soon, on the other side. Wishing you all the very best for now. Tom (Owner)

To our customers, although we haven’t been directly affected as yet, we have put in place some measures to help keep our business as safe and clean as possible. This includes taking away items like children’s toys, the communal water station, cutlery and sugar cubes for example as well as increasing our cleaning schedules across the business and encouraging contactless payments when possible. This will obviously impact our service and we would be really grateful for your support and understanding over the next few weeks. . . We are currently planning a small home delivery service which we hope to bring to you very soon to help those who are struggling to get to us. . .
